Couldn’t have had a better experience than what played out when I purchased my INEOS Grenadier at Elliott Bay Auto Brokers. I’ve been interested in these rigs for 2 years and test drove one a year and half ago but they were just a little out of my price range. Salesman Pat Wiseman gave me a call and I told him the price range I was looking for. He informed me they had a service loaner rig that they were selling certified used and invited me to come up from Puyallup to take a look and test drive. I couldn’t get up there until Saturday but had a few quick and timely email communications with Pat. He answered every question I had quick and informatively. I made my way up on Saturday morning and Pat had the rig pulled right out front waiting on me. As soon as I arrived, he got me set up for the test drive. I gave him some info about my Bronco trade in and off we went to test it out. When we got back, we were ready to talk about trade and purchase. Pat’s team already had the numbers ready and we quickly made a deal for my trade and purchase of the grenadier. The whole process was smooth and seamless. The whole staff at Elliott Bay AB were as friendly and welcoming as you would want. I would argue that Lupe the dog was one of the bigger selling points. Pat was super informative on everything about the grenadiers and was never pushy. His personality and approach to the sale was quite refreshing. He is frankly a very down to earth and cool dude. We made the purchase and made our way home. Pat emailed me the next day to check in and remind me that him and his team were there if we needed ANYTHING or have any questions about the grenadier going forward. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and I recommend to anyone to walk through the door at Elliot Bay Auto Brokers, ask for Pat Wiseman, and I would guarantee he will get them taken care of.
