They promised my car service (tire rotation) would be done in a hour. I called 3 hours later to get the status of my car and all I got was the run around on the phone. No one would pick up the phone in the service department. At one point, I was on hold for over 15 minutes until I hung up and called again. I called at least 10 times. This is bad for business!!! It's a bad idea to leave your customers in limbo. It makes them shop around for competitors.

The communication here was abysmal.
Never answered the phone, didn’t return messages. Finally got someone on the phone after over a week of radio silence, said they’d call back the next
Never answered the phone, didn’t return messages. Finally got someone on the phone after over a week of radio silence, said they’d call back the next day with an update. Then 10 more days with no response. Went in person to check on the status, was told that I’d get a call with an update later that day. 2 days later and nothing. Finally went and retrieved the cat to take it somewhere else.
I understood going on that, having only one EV tech, it could take a while. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was the complete lack of communication, and in the couple times I actually got to speak to someone, the lies and lack of a promised follow-up.Felt like my car was being held hostage. Will gladly take the car to a farther away service center to not have to deal with this again.

I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect
I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect me to do for 6 weeks? Why would they have me tow my car in if they couldn’t look at it? And because I towed it to buddy’s, it was a whole ordeal to get it towed somewhere else, which was not covered by my AAA membership. Truly awful experience. I will make sure everyone avoids them.
