This dealership has taken care of both of my trucks for service for the last two years or so. I can say that they have stood behind their word when they had to do any repairs and were upfront and honest. T service for the last two years or so. Everyone treats you very nice. Customer Service is great calling for apartments is great and even in the part so they talk to people very courteous so overall it’s excellent. To hyped for a sale, then walk out with nothing. The law of not asking for deposits still happenened...they find a way that says the vehicle you have isn't tradable. Totally disappointed. I turned my Cadillac CT6 in the second week of December for a transmission recall due to wheel lockup. I just received it back the third week of January. I was told that I needed a drive shaft as well be for a transmission recall due to wheel lockup. I just received it back the third week of January. I was told that I needed a drive shaft as well because the current one was making lots of noise. The part had to be re-ordered three times before it showed up. Also, I was told that my engine oil was dry; when I trusted the dealer for an oil change late September/ early October. So in all ...I went one month and ten days without my vehicle......but yet they're quick to want to talk about upgrading to another vehicle ....when I couldn't get what I trusted them with in a timely manner. I pretty much expected a realistic TWO weeks to get the car fixed ......but not a MONTH and TEN days. More
