Poor customer service Previously, my husband had purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid and I leased a Forte. Both times the experience was great. This newest purchase was horrible. Previously, my husband had purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid and I leased a Forte. Both times the experience was great. This newest purchase was horrible. Sales consultant, Arnel, was less than knowledgeable. Did not ask us the proper questions to make this sale perfect. Sales Manager , Mike Schopperth was initially nice, but turned out to be rude and arrogant on the phone. After hanging up on me, I contacted the General Mgr. Bob Lizanich who was apologetic but really offered us nothing. As of today, we still have no registration on this car which I was told was due to Motion Kia not providing the correct paperwork. This car was purchased on October 16! In addition, the sales consultant did not put the inspection sticker in the window and I was told that I should make another trip down to the dealership. This is inexcusable and poor customer service. The only bright spot is the ServiceMgr. Sita Goss and the Finance Mgr, Orlando Sanchez. I will think twice before purchasing from this dealership in the future. More

It can be a very stressful and somewhat nervous thing going into a dealership, but the team at Motion Kia makes it such an experience that makes you want to come back again and again. More

We can not say enough about how wonderful our experience was and we definitely recommend Motion Kia to everyone we know!! If you haven't tried Motion Kia you should because I truly believe and hope you will enjoy your experience as well! Kudos to our wonderful Sales Consultant, Camille Duca, as well as General Manager Bob Lizanich and Sales Manager Sal Albanese who all were instrumental in our experience running extremely smooth and enjoyable!
