I have been a customer at this dealership for many years, and I couldn't imagine having to go anywhere else. I have always received excellent service on every visit and have only had to re-visit, maybe twice and I couldn't imagine having to go anywhere else. I have always received excellent service on every visit and have only had to re-visit, maybe twice, in all the years I've been a customer, for a problem that was not addressed on an initial visit. No dealership/service is perfect. Volvo of Lisle comes pretty close to perfect. More

I can't say enough about our experience at Volvo of Lisle. They definitely have a winning team. They helped me with the sale of my car and gave me a great price on the new one. They had a seminar on Lisle. They definitely have a winning team. They helped me with the sale of my car and gave me a great price on the new one. They had a seminar on what to expect from our new car. They had everybody from service through mechanics at the seminar to answer questions. They went into detail about the car from jacking points, to the type of cleaners or wax to use on the car. Bottom line, this dealership should be a role model for every car store in the country. I purchased an 2009 S80. The salespersons were great to work with. The price is what I thought was the right price. This is the second Volvo I have purchased from Volvo of Lisle. I have been very pleased with the service department as well. (for my first Volvo. The new one has not seen a service bay yet. I highly recommend Volvo of Lisle, Lolita Cook and Bob Makowka. More

Worked with Bob Makowka when I was looking for a certified S40. They had several in stock and we quickly came to a price that was actually right off the bat lower than two other dealerships. I did certified S40. They had several in stock and we quickly came to a price that was actually right off the bat lower than two other dealerships. I did a bit of haggling and was out of there in under and hour and a half. About 6 months after the sale I had a wierd issue where the car wouldn't start. Completely dead even after replacing the battery. Apparently it was a simple fuse that had blown. I called volvo and the car was towed to their location. They arranged for a loaner and called later the next day to let me know everything was fixed. When I came in, a tech came out and showed me where the fuses were in case it happened again. Great sales and great service. More
