I came here today to get service for my car. I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. B I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. But this time was very different. Two service advisors, Larry Biehl and Tim Biehl, changed my mind. They gave me the best service and made me feel comfortable. Now, I trust this place again. I can buy a car and get service at Smith Haven Jeep without worry. I am very, very thankful to both of them! More

Worst dealer to get car repairs, gave my car in for a new cat converter which will cost over 3k, and getting run around, about “part being on order” was told when I brought in will be done in a few days. Bob Pon was the best ! I was surprised how soon it was for a oil change service. I pulled up with my jeep and someone came right out to meet me . That person was Bob Pon. Fixed the Problem, thanks! Jeep went in for a new cabin filter and check headlight cover. The service consultant Bob Pon was quite attentive and very helpful. The cabin was also deodorized and the filter made it much better. I plan to check on the plastic headlight cover when I drive at night ( days stay light out longer this time of year). Bob asked me to call him if there are any issues which was reassuring. More

Don't waste your time anywhere else! The entire Smith Haven team went above and beyond to make my "end of the month" deal on my new 2017 ram 1500 sport! The one thing I loved most about t The entire Smith Haven team went above and beyond to make my "end of the month" deal on my new 2017 ram 1500 sport! The one thing I loved most about this dealership is that you don't feel they are taking advantage of you. They gave me a fair deal and treated me with respect. The staff was very professional and honest. Everyone was walking around with big smiles and looked very happy. I am looking forward to my complimentary oil changes and inspections for LIFE! Outstanding people work here best experience Went to look at a used jeep wrangler for my daughter. Was all ready for a long drawn out haggling day. Turned out to be best car buying experience I ever had. Even people not dealing directly with me like Lewis,was exceptional. No pressure nothing phoney here. Just down to earth, honest people. Even Bob Pon in service dept & Ed ( hope I got it right) the manager in used car dept go above & beyond. And Roy ( finance) seals the circle of excellence. Great job More

No one is savin at smithaven Brought my 2014 Ram in for a warranty issue with the front suspension, slight rattle over bumps. They made my wife go for test drive as I was workin Brought my 2014 Ram in for a warranty issue with the front suspension, slight rattle over bumps. They made my wife go for test drive as I was working, and all i wanted them to do was inspect the tie rods and control arms etc. Anyway they found nothing. Bob the service advisor called and said there would be a diagnostic charge for this visit. my truck has 6000 miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty and they wanted an inspection fee to look at the truck. he never told me of the fee, and then when the truck was ready told me he did. He never mentioned it to my wife either. When does a dealer charge for looking at a car under warranty? When the dealer is a crap dealership like smithaven Dodge. I called 2 other local dealers and they stated they would NOT charge to inspect or address a problem on a vehicle under factory warranty. I will never go to this dealership again and by the way they did wave the fee but it should have never been charged in the first place. More
