Frank, With all do respect We have been in contact with you the entire time. We did apologize for our mistake with the door and replaced it with a brand new door and compensated you with a loaner vehicle. We are very sorry and we accept full responsibility for our mistake. Today, Brett Saslow the owner took the time to meet with you and apologized personally and he is working on getting information from the manufacturer about the the accessories you requested you be compensated with and we agreed to install no cost to you. We thought you left his office with a mutual understanding. We are trying to do the right thing so as Mr. Saslow Promised we are gathering all the proper information to rectify on our part and see you satisfied.

Frank, We are still sorry you had a bad experience with us. We have been trying really hard from top management to make it up to you. At this point we are sorry we couldn't fulfill your expectations. We do not know what else to offer you besides our sincere apologies and the credit in Service and Parts on your name. The only reason why I had asked you to edit this review was only because We though you had and keep having a good talks back and forth with Brett Saslow. He personally apologized and so we all did in the service department. Since you told Brett S you were going to take it down I wanted to go ahead and send you the ink to do it so. However, we do not expect you to do it if that's how you feel. Again, We are sorry, We took full responsibility of our mistake. The loaner car was giving to you for the warranty work on and obviously during the time we took to replace your door. We are sorry to heard you still feel this way. We did not want to minimize the situation you have been able to text and call the owner to try to compensate you further.

I'm sorry but when I walked in the dealer that day to see 4 or 5 guys including Mr Saslow standing around talking about me, this left a really bad taste in my mouth. As far as the"compensation loaner" , Bob Pon was going to let me leave without a loaner and I just happened to mention it to him that day and just so happened to get lucky. The so called "loaner compensation" was for the factory electrical issue and NOT for the smashing of my door. Also , Dan tried to minimize the situation calling it just a scratch! Still an unsatisfied customer.

I will be contacting Fiat/Chysler regarding this practice and notifying the BBB. I've never heard of charging to look at issue when under warranty.
