Scott was excellent to work with, just like Victoria. Scott called back within minutes with the approval and went over everything else. The next day we drive up from Somerset to Richmond, Ky. Victoria had all of the docs sent to me and I had everything finalized within minutes. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a warm welcome by Gates Nissan awesome staff. The GM, the finance MGR, Victoria, and then by Bob. Everyone was awesome & professional. It felt more like a family reunion. The entire process was seamless.
