Bob was extremely well versed and adept at explaining all the features of the car and the electronic info system, both before and after to work with! Bob and his team actually physically looked at our trade-in and complimented us on the care we had taken of our 2009 Outback. He recommended a higher trade-in value than any of the 4 other dealerships we had talked to. Those other dealerships never even looked at our old car, they just low-balled a value based on KBB. The North End finance guys knew their paperwork inside and out, practically without looking at the pile of forms as we signed them. Really appreciated the honest, up-front treatment throughout the deal. Great job everyone! We’re lovin’ our new/used ride! More
