Came in for an oil change and ended up leasing a new car! Asked to have my current monthly payments matched, and they said it would but ended up getting a lease for $100 extra a month! yikes. Other than that, they are professional and very helpful. Love my car and don't plan on driving anything other than a Mazda for a long time! More

Fairly helpful, but I would have appreciated avoiding the back and forth between the customer rep and the sales manager over the 'deal'. I felt that I was very honest and open about what I needed in order to back and forth between the customer rep and the sales manager over the 'deal'.
