The oil leak on the garage floor prompted us to bring the car in. Bobby Waites really went the extra mile with getting the work done and coordinating with the warranty company. He made this entire experience painless and took every additional step to make sure - we had a good experience with this service call. ACC needs people like Bobby Waites - who can change the whole customer experience and perception - without a hint of frustration in his voice, or displaying bad attitude to customers.
