First the guy working on my truck was going to put the wrong oil in it. And it was plain view on the ticket what I want to use. Then he used an impact on my skid plate and crossed threaded one of the bolt wrong oil in it. And it was plain view on the ticket what I want to use. You never want to use impact wrench starting a bolt in case it’s crossed threaded use your hands to start it you can tell if it’s crossed or not. I was very unhappy and I probably want be back for oil change again. I’ve bought two vehicles from y’all over 100,000,00 dollars worth this is the only problem I’ve had as far as I know. If I hadn’t be out there watching him he would have put the wrong oil in my truck. More
