He took the time to go through all of the available options and answer my questions. I felt absolutely no pressure. I got what I thought was a very fair trade-in value for my old car. Although the vehicle that I wanted was not in stock, they were able to find one in my desired color within a few days. The financing process went smoothly. To top it all off, Brad was more than willing to continue to answer questions well after the sale. I’d highly recommend Ide to anyone looking for a new Honda! More

This last lease was my 8th one with Ide Honda and by far, the easiest and most pleasant. I can’t say enough about how great Brad Constantino was to work with. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and by the nex the easiest and most pleasant. I can’t say enough about how great Brad Constantino was to work with. What a dream it turned out to be. After, being completely left in the dark with no follow up from Garber Honda (loyal customer for over 10 years.) Garber showed a complete disregard for customer service, needless to say I did not nor will I ever return to Garber Honda. I absolutely dreaded having to “restart.” Luckily, Ide Honda specifically Brad turned my experience into a pleasant one! There was zero bull being pulled, straight to the point and provide feedback on exactly what I was looking for and within my budget. Brad is knowledgeable, experienced, educated, and genuinely kind, a real people person! All in all the whole experience took 2 hours from when I walked in (a scheduled appointment) to when I picked up my new car. I can’t say enough great things about Brad and the Ide Honda team as a whole. I will recommend Ide Honda to anyone any day! More
