Xavier was great to work with on the Sales side - I would buy from him again - if he wascat a different dealership. But, I would never buy from this dealer again because their detail service was the worst. B buy from him again - if he wascat a different dealership. But, I would never buy from this dealer again because their detail service was the worst. Brad promised they would buff out some scratches and fill some chips in the windshield. The buff work made things way worse with cloudy, foggy, dulled swirl patterns everywhere they had worked. Looks like someone used a power tool and did not know what they were doing. It’s way more noticeable than the original scratches. It’s going to cost me at least $400 to attempt to fix it all. Windshield chips magically reappeared after 1st hand wash too. No idea what they used as ‘fill’ but it washed away. They obviously did the bare minimum to save $. They lied about the cloudy swirls too - suggesting it was condensation caused by the cold weather and that they ‘would go away’, Total scam. Wish I could leave zero stars. More

Brad is a friend of a friend so I came here looking for a Toyota Tundra and he mentioned his brother or brother in law having one and loving it. He was straightforward about the downsides of that truck and gave several reasons why he would or wouldn't pick a specific truck on the list we were looking at. A year later when I asked him how I should go about selling the truck after some things changed, the first thing he told me was that I'd get way more for it selling it on my own and if I did bring it to a dealership I shouldn't get anything more than an inspection and market value appraisal. Those friends of friends don't always work out, but Brad was great! Any time I purchase through a dealership I will contact Brad first, even if I live in a different state. More

My experience with both Steve and Joe has been nothing less than superb. From the start Steve was waiting for me at the door with the car, ready to go.
