We have been a customer with Sierra Ford in Rochester Hills over 20 years. The sales staff always make the purchase experience smooth. We moved away from the area and tried a few dealer closer to me and Hills over 20 years. The sales staff always make the purchase experience smooth. Brad took the time to explain and set up all the new settings for the new 2023 Escape. And went over all the features of this suv.
