Nothing wrong with the car. It's my 5th Honda and when it dies, I'll buy another. This is only about the dealership & its staff. One word: OY! No attention to detail. It's my 5th Honda and when it dies, I'll buy another. This is only about the dealership & its staff. One word: OY! No attention to detail. We sat at our credit union for 2 hours, waiting for 2 pieces of paper from STH to be scanned to my credit union rep. Those papers were wrong FIVE TIMES. My middle name was wrong, my DOB was wrong.... wrong driver's license in the wrong state. Price was wrong. Finally we were done there and headed out to pick up the car. Was told by the sales rep gal that we'd be in/out in 15 minutes. LIE! Waited and waited and waited. Finally I was like "And what exactly are we waiting for? We were supposed to be out of here 45 minutes ago." She says "I'm waiting for the finance manager." K... sigh. Then she was waiting for ANOTHER manager to do whatever that manager does. All they did was waste time. FINALLY got into said Finance manager's office to sign off on the last of it and hand over our down payment check & the credit union check. STILL took another 30 minutes because I found errors...again. Yeah, the guy apologized repeatedly but he knew I was NOT AMUSED. By then, I just wanted my car to go home! Made it clear that the only reason I didn't walk away from the deal is because of their "Non-Refundable Deposit" form I had to fill out so they wouldn't sell the car out from under me. Were it not for that, I'd have departed. Music in that dealership was so loud, we could barely hear ourselves think. Plenty of people walking around... doing just that. Nothing else. So incredibly unprofessional. Told them "You wanna learn how to run this dealership better? Go visit Honda Carland in Roswell GA or Ed Voyle's Honda in Marietta GA. Those two are class acts. Again, I'll buy another Honda someday but it will NEVER be from Stone Mountain Honda! More

So many red flags we ignored and I’m so angry with myself. We ended up buying a 2021 Honda Accord LX. When we test drove the car the tire pressure light was on. I was told it would be diagnosed and fi myself. We ended up buying a 2021 Honda Accord LX. When we test drove the car the tire pressure light was on. I was told it would be diagnosed and fixed. I assume they just put air in the tire because the very next day the tire pressure light came back on. I was told the car was a nonsmoker car and that was a fat lie. I turned the heat on the next day and had the smell of cigarettes blasted in my face. The car now smells like cigarettes. I understand this is a used car but when you pay $35,000 you expect a little more. Again I understand that’s my bad I shoulda taken my money and gone elsewhere and found a 2022 new car. They literally kept us there all day so they could pressure us in. We were there for 8 hours. Financing part came and we had our own loan through the bank. We were offered .99% through Honda. Again I know we shouldn’t have left without having that exact percent but we were there all day and freaking exhausted. He said he’d call us Monday. We called and heard no answer and was told I would receive a call back. Finally got ahold of them Tuesday and we weren’t accepted into the program which I don’t understand how as our credit is great. They all just screwed us over. They have they’re money and they don’t care anymore. Still haven’t heard back about the tire pressure or the smell of smoke. More

Update: a year later with my car and i’ve gotten a flat tire, current 7:51am, called the service team & after waited 12mins for someone to pickup the phone I was rudely told that they could not do anything tire, current 7:51am, called the service team & after waited 12mins for someone to pickup the phone I was rudely told that they could not do anything & that I would have to wait until 9am for the sales team to come in…. Now what the xxxx does the sales team have to do with my flat tire? My biggest mistake would be purchasing this vehicle.. it was a used toyota 2019… should’ve known better & purchased from toyota right down the street.. save your money, the customer service here is trash. Shoutout to the service guy who answered and took a huge sigh on the phone when he initially picked up… i understand people have bad days but we need to know when & where to express that energy. Note: Dont sign up for extended warranty… especially if you have to be somewhere at 9am & the SALES TEAM does not arrive until 9am… imagine needing a service but the sales team needs to be present for it… xxx is this. Lucky i cant leave 0 stars. More

We test drove it, got ready to buy it, “financial manager” comes back and says there are now an additional 7,000 dollars in fees, including fixing it up to sell it, which were not included in the online price. Final price: almost exactly 26,000 dollars. We didn’t buy it, but if you’re into scams come on down and get any car you want with 7000 bucks added on!! More
