I certainly did not look forward to any hassling relating to costs involved, and my “car shopping memories” reminded me of multiple previous experiences over the years which were less than pleasant! I was referred to this dealership by Chris Turpin, a family friend and an employee in the parts department. As I entered the lobby of this dealership, I was greeted by a very vivacious personality who guided me throughout the entire process of buying a vehicle without stress or pressure . . . Brandon Buckwilder. With Brandon, I never once felt pressured. In fact, I felt most comfortable and was frequently reassured that my feelings of doubt and my lack of knowledge were being respected and addressed. I also never felt rushed in any way. Next, I met Heath the sales manager. Heath spent sufficient time listening to my needs and never pressuring me whatsoever. Now, it was a done deal!
