I found a 2015 Cadillac Escalade on line got a text from Brandon followed up with him to purchase the car we agreed on a price he wrote it up for another price and said he told me he could not get it to me Brandon followed up with him to purchase the car we agreed on a price he wrote it up for another price and said he told me he could not get it to me for the price I mentioned we never had that conversation. He would tell me the car is in service it will be ready Friday , then the next Friday then the next he made me feel some kinda a way purchasing a car out of state I really lost trust in him that the car was good or if I was doing the right thing to purchase this car. They post a car that was not ready for sale could not get me information on the car from the carfax report. I finally got the car it has a problem with the steering I had it checked out at Cadillac in Charlotte there is a spring that can will make the air bag explore I called spoke with manager he was very so no going to do anything about this safety issue I have tried to speak with the General Mgt Ed they stops to call and the Mgt gets it. They knew this car had this problem put refuse to even help with a 495.00 safety issue would you want your wife , daughter or mother driving this car with this safety issue??? Today is Sunday 11/15/20 I have had this car for 3 weeks and the engine light is on this should not be happening I need someone one to contact me about this purchase this is not good. More

Plaza BMW Sold Me a Broken Car I will start this off by saying I've been a long time customer of Plaza Motors, My family has purchased 4 cars from them and have had nothing but plea I will start this off by saying I've been a long time customer of Plaza Motors, My family has purchased 4 cars from them and have had nothing but pleasant experiences (Mainly at Plaza Mercedes). But About 2 weeks ago I bought a Honda S2000 from Plaza BMW, everything seemed fine, I even got a great deal on the car. Alas, about a week later I find out that the car had $6500 worth of damage that they didn't disclose to me when I bought it. I asked for the inspection report that they did before they sold me the car, and to my surprise they left out all information concerning the clutch in the report (that's the part that was broken). Now they have become extremely rude and have stopped accepting my calls. They will not work with me at all and are trying to have me foot the bill. Because of this I know have to get lawyers involved just to return the car. Plaza BMW is full of scammers and rude sales people (Statement based on my personal experience and is only directed toward the people I personally dealt with) THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR AT PLAZA BMW, I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO END UP IN A SITUATION LIKE I AM CURRENTLY IN. ALL OTHER PLAZA SUBGROUPS I HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH BUT BMW WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU BROKEN CARS. More

New car shopping Rude and arrogant. I went back because of my great sales experience a couple of years ago despite everything else about plaza being a nightmare. Went Rude and arrogant. After short convo with the sales manager I walked out. Arrogant, rude and unwilling to negotiate. I’m done w this place. Brandon was nice to talk with! More

Worst experience ever with Eric Brandon is very nice and helpful in our purchasing experience. HOWEVER, this guy called Eric was the worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. I have had Brandon is very nice and helpful in our purchasing experience. HOWEVER, this guy called Eric was the worst salesmen I have ever dealt with. I have had a really good experience with Plaza motor Mercedes and got my car with many satisfaction. So when my husband decided to get a BMW, we went to Plaza Motor BMW. But Eric gave us the worst experience ever and be so rude the whole time and pushed us so hard. When we want to negotiate the price down just a little bit more, he threw the quoting paper on us and said "you guys think about it now and I have other clients to take care". He walked away several times during our conversation. It seems like that we are begging him to sell the car to us. More

Plaza Motor is good, but their Internet manager was horrible I should gave Plaza motor a good review. My wife purchased her GLC from plaza earlier, and we had some good experience with plaza. That's why I chose I should gave Plaza motor a good review. My wife purchased her GLC from plaza earlier, and we had some good experience with plaza. That's why I chose plaza for my new BMW. But their Internet manager Eric Fultz was arrogant and horrible. He is the worst salesperson I've met. He behaved like we were begging him to sell the vehicle to us. When we visited the dealer, he left us there several times and told us he would rather serve other customers. Terrible experience with this guy. Never do business with him again. Try to avoid him when you consider plaza. More

Just what I was looking for I had a great experience at plaza bmw. Previously i was on a lease from out of town and I was fearful about what to do as far as my next car. I went t I had a great experience at plaza bmw. Previously i was on a lease from out of town and I was fearful about what to do as far as my next car. I went to several nearby dealerships and then ended up at plaza bmw where Brandon pittman pointed me to the right direction giving me option for certified preowned and lease. Negotiating a deal is as always a difficult ordeal, but I ended up getting a cpo 4series coupe with configuration of what I wanted and even more. There were some minor defects in the car like a disconnected fuel lid, but they are doing the courtesy of fixing so that I can drive around with what looks like a pretty fresh new car. More
