Crescent Ford puts Customer Service First Let me preface this review by saying i'm a Ford guy and a car guy in general. I've dealt with several different Ford dealerships all over the country Let me preface this review by saying i'm a Ford guy and a car guy in general. I've dealt with several different Ford dealerships all over the country as well as all over North Carolina. I've purchased several vehicles from different dealers and had service done at many as well. The folks at Crescent Ford have absolutely blown me away with how great their customer service is. We totaled a vehicle a few weeks ago and were in need of a new car for the family. I spent about 2 weeks combing every single dealer and car lot online and in person that had the type of vehicle i was looking for. I found one that interested me at Crescent Ford. However being several hours away i did not want to waste my time driving down only to find out the vehicle wasn't right or the deal wouldn't work. Their Internet sales manager Hap worked with me via email and made sure it was worth the drive down. Upon arrival i began working with my salesman Brandon Price. Brandon turned out to be one of the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not once did he ever try and pressure me into purchasing the car. Instead he took the sales approach that works the best and yet is lost on so many dealerships today. He helped me make up my own mind. Answered any questions i had, was never pushy, and explained everything i had a question about and didn't pretend to know an answer if he wasn't sure. Extremely honest and forthright. The great part is, it wasn't just Brandon, everyone from the sales manager Sam to the gentleman that wrote up our final paperwork. Yes they tried to sell you the extended service plan, but when we refused we were not constantly pressured to do so like so many other dealerships do. They were great with my wife and son as well. They even brought her a drink while she was waiting, totally unsolicited. Crescent Ford showed Class and an extremely high attention to Customer service. One of the few dealerships I have ever been in that clearly puts the customer experience and the customer first. They have earned my business now and in the future. Just can not say enough about Brandon and the rest of the Crescent Ford Family. More
