Service center is ok nothing special they are all clueless except Harrison. He is the only one worth anything at this whole dealership. Worst overall experience at a dealership I have ever had. Service department as well as the collision center I would highly recommend to friends or family or both. The staff is very professional and excellent with communication. My vehicle came in on July 25th would highly recommend to friends or family or both. The staff is very professional and excellent with communication. My vehicle came in on July 25th from an auto accident in Gainesville, Georgia. My vehicle was t-boned and had to be towed to the collision Center. I dealt with Vito and Chad and both were very professional, courteous and excellent with communication regarding any updates on the vehicle while it was in their possession. Everything from when the insurance adjuster came out the claim being approved to the parts being ordered to the vehicle being assembled once the parts were received and then sent to the paint booth and then the call when it was prepped washed and ready to return to me. During this time frame I dealt with a sales associate, Braxton Barrett, who put me in a service loaner when the rental coverage on my policy maxed out. My vehicle was there for over a month and my rental car coverage on my policy had maxed out so I needed a vehicle for a few more days towards the end of the repair process and hand back time frame. They were able to put me in a service loaner so I didn't incur any extra charges on my insurance. I truly appreciate the staff here going above and beyond to take care of a customer who has purchased three vehicles in the last year and a half. The service department is also stellar. My vehicle comes out just as clean as it went in. The service department is very thorough and inspecting my vehicle and performing any maintenance whether it's routine or warranty. I've had two warranty issues that I had to take care of and they took care of it promptly and my vehicles have been wonderful. More
