Hyundai needs to work on their customer service . Everytime we come in, I always have an issue with a team member here . A few months ago, the guy assisting me was super rude . I told him my gas has Everytime we come in, I always have an issue with a team member here . A few months ago, the guy assisting me was super rude . I told him my gas has been burning up quickly. By the second day, I’m already a half a tank. He said he would have to diagnose my car. He diagnosed it and found nothing so I didn’t get much help here also when he told me my car was ready, I came up to him and he was arguing with another employee and “told me what do you want “ I said I’m here to pick up my car. I was so shocked that he talked to me that way. And he ended up not charging me for the diagnose. That shouldn’t cover up his behavior recently. My car had no oil in it again another issue in this dealership, the guy helping me said that that’s impossible. Your car has to have oil in it, going back-and-forth with him for like five minutes basically calling me a liar that there’s no way my car had no oil. I just feel like the customer service here is bad and i’m always having issues with my car. I just hope that they can work on their customer service approach a lot more. oh, and not to mention when I went to go pick up my car from the diagnostic they did last week there were snacks open in my car. So not only are these employees eating in my car. They’re also leaving their trash there. More

We found everyone very reasonable to work with: the numbers were accurately portrayed online, they worked with us on our trade in and financing options, and we're very happy with the outcome on the car, the trade, and the loan.
