Service advisor was very polite and attentive. When I picked up my vehicle at glance it looked good. Once I arrived at home and had a chance to inspect the entire vehicle, I notice the application When I picked up my vehicle at glance it looked good. Once I arrived at home and had a chance to inspect the entire vehicle, I notice the application of the paint protection was not entirely wiped off, water spots over 30% of the vehicle and even bug debris still on the front hood. I was also informed when I purchased the vehicle that the first application of the interior and exterior was applied. According to the invoice, it states “ 1st application”. I have called the dealership to confirm this l, but have yet to receive a response. I have taken my vehicle to the dealership prior to this incident and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. More

Kept vehicle all week for a thermostat replacement, never once offered a loaner vehicle for me. If I had know it would taken that long I would have gotten a loaner vehicle as per my purchase contract. If I once offered a loaner vehicle for me.
