For almost a year now INFINITI of Willow Grove has provided quality service for my vehicle. Discussions that enable making informed choices regarding the care and upkeep of the vehicle in the best way possible. Every service member has been polite. I’ve never had to deal with any unnecessary rudeness or pushback. I don’t enjoy having to take any vehicle in for service but since that’s inevitable for those of us who drive I would rather do it here than anywhere else. I’ve also heard positive things about the sales experience at the dealership. I simply don’t have anything negative to say about the place. Their kindness and patience doesn’t go unnoticed. More

This was the first time I ran into an issue — after a tire mount and balance, I noticed a TPMS warning and and have always had positive experiences. I brought it to their attention, and they addressed it promptly by correcting the tire pressure and replacing the caps. In the past, they’ve also taken care of a windshield chip and a volume control issue, which I appreciated. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with their service over the years, and this was handled professionally once flagged. More
