We were disappointed with the customer experience during our recent purchase. The purchase took way too long with hidden fees that were not explained clearly unless asked. We should not feel grateful for th our recent purchase. The purchase took way too long with hidden fees that were not explained clearly unless asked. We should not feel grateful for the opportunity to purchase but treated more as a valued customer with a clear understanding of what we are willing to pay within our budget. A more respectful, collaborative approach would have made for a much better experience. More
