I bought from harrisonburg honda, loved the place, bought 2 cars there, customer service outstanding. With a 2026 pilot I had to buy windshield insurance, well got hit by a rock, called Steven honda, girl an 2 cars there, customer service outstanding. With a 2026 pilot I had to buy windshield insurance, well got hit by a rock, called Steven honda, girl answered the phone was very rude and nasty, I texted, emailed and called to no reply till 6 days later with how to contact warranty company..... warranty company said we cant help you, you have to call within 72 hours, tried to tell them the dealership never got back to me, they didnt care. Called Steven honda back they said they cant help me bc they changed hands!!! That is not my problem I spent 55k on a car and $2k on windshield insurance and now im going to have to pay out of pocket to replace it... this is xx!!! DONT shop here!!! The front desk staff are bottom of the barrel and you cant get good customer service when and if you do get someone. Steven your dealership sucks and I hope you read this!!!! More
