I genuinely appreciated his honesty, telling me what repairs really needed to happen now versus what I could schedule later. A lot of other technicians at other dealerships I feel just try to get as much money out of me as possible. I didn't feel that way with Brian. Please pass this on to him that I was extremely pleased with my service visit and I will most certainly ask for Brian anytime I come into the Jeep service department in the future. More
