If I could give this place -5 stars I would, horrible experience from their team when trying to buy a car. I went in Friday afternoon to work out a trade in plus down payment and was told the informatio experience from their team when trying to buy a car. I went in Friday afternoon to work out a trade in plus down payment and was told the information at the time from the banks. After a small discussion the finance agent told me to wait until Monday so he could work with the banks some more to try and make a deal. I informed them I can increase the down payment more if needed but never heard back from anyone. Monday morning rolls around and once again didn't hear from anyone so I gave it a few hours after they opened before calling. The front desk lady then told me the finance agent I was waiting on a call from had left town for meetings, which he didn't bother informing me of at the time of telling me to wait til Monday for his call. I tried to then have the front desk transfer my call to the sales agent I was working with and guess what, answering machine multiple times. I then called for the 7th time and simply asked to talk to anyone who can help me get this car deal done since I didnt hear from anyone all morning. She took my name and number and told me someone would get back to me "shortly". It wasn't until 6pm, or 2 hours before they closed, that I got a call back from a random finance guy who informed me they sold the car I was trying to buy while waiting on them to call me. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More

Brian was very nice. Told us he was happy he didn’t work for a company that would give car salesmen a bad name. Unfortunately 2 weeks after purchasing the 2023 Jeep Wa Told us he was happy he didn’t work for a company that would give car salesmen a bad name. Unfortunately 2 weeks after purchasing the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer from them it starting leaking oil like a faucet. Had to take it to a local jeep dealership only to find out the oil change done was crappy and an after market filter was used and oil was spewing out of it. Had oil all over- had to pay for an oil change and cleaning up the car underneath due to all the oil that sprayed all over. Not to mention cleaning up all the oil that leaked in my garage. 3 days later the engine light came on. Took it back in and all three knocker sensors need to be replaced and I can’t drive it until fixed. Thank goodness the local dealership has been so kind fixing a xxxxty trade that wasn’t even theirs. The saving grace is it’s still under warranty and the local dealership has given me a loaner for the next 6 days. Not happy with Corwin - check your vehicles over better and don’t fix things cheaply. I traded a fabulous car for what I thought was another fabulous car but it ended up being a lemon. Hope to GOD this is the worst of it and I’m not stuck with a crap trade that costs me a fortune until I can pay the xxxx thing off. Will never do business here again. Should have stayed local with a trusted company and not bought out of state. Later heard from friends in Moorhead Corwin has a bad rep specifically for issues such as crappy trades and xxxxty service on cars they sell. Horrible end to what I thought was a decent start More

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the process was quick and efficient, the cars were a lot better priced than competitors. It was an overall good experience.
