Service has deteriorated at this location. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:50. At 8:30, I checked with Tony (who I checked in with because C I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:50. At 8:30, I checked with Tony (who I checked in with because Caleb was not in) and he said it would be ready a little before 9. I let him know that I had a 9:00 appointment some place else. Then I paid, to save that time. I was told I needed an new air filter and cabin filter. I did not have time. After my 9:00 appointment, I went to Auto Zone and purchased the air filter. The salesperson helped me install it. When we removed the existing air filter, it was obvious that it did not need to be changed. But I did put the new one in that I had purchased and took the "dirty" one in to show Tony. I should not have been told I needed a new air filter. After my 7 appointments to get it fixed situation last year, I am very discouraged. More
