This was a great experience at Randy Marion Subaru from start to finish. I was not initially looking at a Subaru for a potential new car, but decided to go check them out based on a recommendation. Being l start to finish. I was not initially looking at a Subaru for a potential new car, but decided to go check them out based on a recommendation. Being less familiar with the brand than others I had a lot of questions and Dave was there to answer them all. If he didn’t know an answer, he talked with the right people to find out. Over the course of a week of new car searching and several test drives I went from not knowing much about the brand to the new 2026 Subaru Outback being one of my top contenders. Dave followed up with me throughout as I did my own research and was never overly pushy. He respected my timeline and the process I wanted to follow in my car search. All this is to say Dave is the kind of sales person you hope to get, he’s focused on supporting you in your search the way you want to do it. When it came time to close the deal there wasn’t a bunch of time and frustrations spent haggling. They presented me with a respectable offer to start and were receptive to my counter based on nearby markets and other factors. And once again, Dave was all about me having the information and time to make the decision I needed. Of course a sense of urgency is expected in negotiations but Randy Marion Subaru never made me feel overly pressured. So why did I buy? 1) I ended up really liking the new 2026 Outback Touring XT (obviously). 2) Dave made the experience so palatable I simply didn’t want to deal with anyone else anymore. If you are looking for a new set of wheels and want an experience without dealing with a lot of the drawbacks that make many people dread the process then go to Randy Marion Subaru. You’ll at least have a good experience and if you are lucky to get Dave, it will more than likely end up being a great experience! Here’s a few other Pros for this dealer: They were able to quickly dealer trade to get me the exact color/features I wanted for a car that has only been out a few months. They made the financing and trade in experience as simple as it could be (once again answering quite a few questions). And they have continued to follow up since the sale with me (and answer more questions about my new car). Thank you Dave, Ashton, and Brian at Randy Marion Subaru. More

My experience was absolutely wonderful! I spoke with my salesman Gabe the night before and set up an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, went over the vehicle and then the paperwork. From start to finish, the entire experience was stress free, easy, pleasant ... I've never had such a good car buying experience, ever. Keeley went above and beyond getting the financing set up (many thanks, my friend!) and Brian, a long with several other team members, made it a point to come say hello to me. I had a really positive experience and I have shared with everyone I know. Add to it- I Love my new Crosstrek! Thank you all!!! More
