Brought in my 2003 Jeep Liberty for service and was very impressed with the setup of the service department. Was taken care of promptly and when I was called with an estimate for repair the problem was clea impressed with the setup of the service department. They also reccommended some maintanance that I needed done without me asking for them to check. I have used independant shops in the past and I can easily see why the dealer is the way to go. After some research I found out about how the mechanics have to go to factory training every year and are factory certified to work on their brand of cars. Anyway, my Jeep got fixed and has been great ever since. More
