Overall, I’ve had positive experiences with this service center, but unfortunately, this visit fell short. After my backup camera was repaired under a recall, it began intermittently showing a scrambled ima center, but unfortunately, this visit fell short. After my backup camera was repaired under a recall, it began intermittently showing a scrambled image again. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment due to needing a loaner, and of course, the screen worked fine on the day I brought it in. The only suggestion I received was to clean the backup camera when it happens again — something I’ve obviously already tried. Had a loaner been available sooner, the issue might have been observed and properly addressed. More

I was sort of surprised that I waited for a schedule appointment for 2 hours. Car just needed tires rotated and a new battery. Hence, I told the dealer 3x I want a new battery installed. We are gonna come into the Hamilton New Jersey Mazda for the last 10 to 12 years for our first CX five there couple years later we upgraded to another CX five.
