When we walked up to the entrance, we were immediately welcomed by a person at the entrance and asked how he could assist us. This was our first time buying a car in over 15 years, so we were a little anxious about the car-buying process. Brian put us at ease and even introduced us to his colleague, Alex, who could help us with answering some of the specificities of the Honda CRV hybrid sport. She was really knowledgeable! Brian and Alex patiently responded to our questions and concerns, especially about the price point. We were happy that they met us halfway. While we were waiting for them to retrieve cars to test drive, we were also approached by a custodian who wanted to know if we would like some water. Both Alex and Brian were outstanding.
