Gustman Honda is the BEST! I absolutely love this dealership. I have been the 3rd person in my family to buy a car from Richard Panske at this dealership. My mother bought a 201 I absolutely love this dealership. I have been the 3rd person in my family to buy a car from Richard Panske at this dealership. My mother bought a 2016 Accord, sister bought a 2016 CR-V, and I recently upgraded to a 2018 Civic. Richard took the time to go over differences between the different models and made sure I had the exact car I wanted, right down to the choice of color. The service department is great to deal with as well! I had a 2009 Accord before my Civic, and they always took great care of servicing it and never tried to up sell me like most every repair shop does. I even had a coupon for $20 off $150 dollars of service on my old car which I forgot to bring in, and the still honored it the next day when I came back and refunded $20 to my credit card. My entire family has always had such great customer service with Gustman Honda in Appleton dealing with sales and service. They are always looking out for the customer's needs and do a great job servicing us. They have definitely made me a customer for life and I can't say enough great things about them. I am constantly telling my friends who drive domestic cars and trucks to go see Richard Panske at Gustman Honda and jump on the import train because they are amazing! More
