Great Lakes Hyundai is a BIG JOKE ! !!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER get anything from them again. The paperwork they sent me to transfer tags, the mileage did not match. Same with the title. The !!!!!!!!!! They sent me a car that I never test drove. Great Lakes Hyundai is a joke !!!!!!!!! I test drove an SEL, not an SE like they sent me. So Great Lakes ripped me off and what they give me for trade in was way too low also. Again, Great Lakes is a BIG JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I will file complaint after complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Great Lakes Hyundai for screwing me over. I will file complaint after complaint with the Attorney General against Great Lakes Hyundai for SCREWING ME OVER !!!!!!!! I am being told to trade mine in and they can give me top dollar for it and set me up in a new Hyundai at a real good price. I would need to pay the difference. So I need to pay for their screw up ?????? That is ONE BIG JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!! I think they should replace the car that they screwed up on sending me the right car, and send me another vehicle with similar miles that is in real good shape, and swap those 2 out at no charge to me. They are wanting me to pay for their screw up ?? That is BULL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
