They were friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. What really stood out was how clearly they explained the repair process and pricing. I especially appreciated Brittany who kept me updated throughout the day with phone calls and texts, so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. When I picked up the car, everything was in top shape—and it’s been running smoothly ever since. It’s rare to find a car shop that combines skilled repair work with genuinely great customer service, but Krause Family Hyundai delivers on both.
