Everyone was nice but I was asked how much I want for my trade in I was caught off guard thinking that was an odd thing to ask. My salesperson said she wouldn’t tell the evaluator but she walked right over trade in I was caught off guard thinking that was an odd thing to ask. It was my fault for giving a low end number but I feel that was unprofessional and they turned around and sold the car for twice the amount they gave me. More

It always takes at least 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change and rotation ! The waiting room is always over Crowded ! They tell you they will update you and never do !
