Both were nice & professional. We came in pre-approved through our credit union. Tony & his Sales Manager did push a bit to try & get us to use one of their lenders. We stuck to our guns since we already had a good rate. I would very likely use them again. Just do your homework on what fair market value on the vehicle is negotiate the added fees down. More
