They were extremely poor at communication after we drove away with the vehicle. They had messed up the paperwork so by the time my temporary plates expired(3/3/2026), I still did not have my permanent plate away with the vehicle. Even then, they missed one piece of paperwork that I am STILL, as of 3/11/2026, trying to get from them so that I can get my plates. Their unprofessionalism is astounding. I have never had such problems when purchasing a vehicle before. Mistakes happen but the non communication is the asinine problem in this scenario. More
