Mrs. Barrientos, we have tried to reach out several times by phone and email to discuss your recent visit. It appears that we had possession of your Bronco for an hour and 2 minutes to perform an oil change & rattle concern. As you are aware, our service department sustained major damage during the ice storm & we are currently performing service out of the mall across the interstate, which does add about 10 minutes to the overall time. While our employees are navigating an entirely new routine, we have noted your experience down to improve our process as we move forward.
