I was at a competing Ford dealer in Louisville Texas. They told me I needed to spend $464 to replace my lug nuts. The honesty of Glenn Polk Ford tells me I do not. Fast, friendly, and fixed the issue. Had to have my Lincoln Hybrid with 173,000+ miles towed in after breaking down. It was repaired and is back on the road within 72 hours. I was disappointed that the staff did not inform me the service was complete. And did not speak to me about the issue I had. I had to go to the desk and just say I guess they are done. And I had to initiat service was complete. And did not speak to me about the issue I had. I had to go to the desk and just say I guess they are done. And I had to initiate the whole conversation. Very disappointed staff were not personable or friendly. I will not be back for these reasons. More
