Bruce Lavine was my sales representative. We talked on the phone and a down payment was made by credit card. The next morning (a Saturday), upon arriving a friendly gent named Matthias greeted me and offered a beverage, then took me to the vehicle in the enclosed area which was prepped and ready to test drive. All in less than 90 minutes, I was able to check out the vehicle in a element free area, drive it, finance it, and be on the road. There was no room for negotiating on this particular vehicle due to it's condition, market-value and mileage, but I feel that the price was fair, not a bargain, but not a rip-off. I had experiences with Matthias, Bruce Lavine, Jerry, and Bruce Mesa...they were all respectful and good to work with. Someone got the paperwork all ready to go quickly (Thanks!). Bruce Lavine was great to work with. Although they knew I was very interested in this vehicle (down payment over the phone)...I feel that Bruce would be a low pressure sales person, which really doesn't work well for long term relationships....SO....I would purchase here again. THANKS! The management should feel really good about the communication that took place early in this process to not "drop the ball". If it were not for the excellent early communication from Ashlye and Rachael, I may not have proceeded. Good job. More

Stopped out Friday night to take a look at the Jeep. I fell in love with the Jeep. Told Bruce I would be back out the next day to try to work a deal. The dealership gave me a fair trade in price and I was able to make a deal for my new truck. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. Hands down one of the easiest buying experience. I would recommend purchasing any new or used vehicle from this location and make sure you ask for Bruce! More
