Rip off! !! Do not go there for service, they even charge when you for use of a credit card to pay overpriced service bill...my wifes Lexus is way cheaper to m !! This place will waste your time. I made an appointment for 230 and they had someone who showed up 20 mins late to his appointment go before me. Mind you , I talked to 3 people lettin I made an appointment for 230 and they had someone who showed up 20 mins late to his appointment go before me. Mind you , I talked to 3 people letting them know I had an appointment and the first 2 acted like they planned to help, but failed to do so by saying one minute stay here then never coming back. So then the service guy acts surprised I'm dropping my car off for service as if it isnt stated in the appointment process that I planned to drop it off. So I say , yes I need a rental because I have to go to work today. Then after all this bullcrap,he says, sorry we don't have any rentals. What a joke. It says you have rentals online and during the appointment process I stated I needed a rental. Maybe call customers with appointments that need rentals letting them know you dont have any? Pretty simple customer service stuff in mu opinion. Don't waste your time or money at this joke of an establishment. More
