Incredibly disappointing experience here. Was recommended by a friend and reached out directly to salesman. Was quoted a price that was very close to what I was looking for on a Macan electri Was recommended by a friend and reached out directly to salesman. Asked for small additional discount and was told they would see what they could do but we would need to come to store which is a distance away for us. My wife and I drove (car is for her) and was told now they could no longer honor the deal and the salesman started screaming at my wife within 5 minutes of arrival during the vehicle demonstration that he sets the prices not the management to the point that she just went back to our car and cried for 30 minutes. She just wanted a test drive. Salesman Bruno told us we should try another salesman at the dealership which I did Larry. He told me he could not honor Bruno's price and the cost was now $5000 more. Tried to reach out to ownership but they also were very unhelpful and rude. My father is a large car dealer in the Tampa area and my wife and I are both doctors. We have a number of vehicles and have never had this experience anywhere. I went to Porsche of West Broward the next day and we purchased the vehicle with a great experience, done in a few minutes and everyone was pleasant at a much "larger discount" than even the initial offer from Champion. I would avoid this place like the plague. I don't understand how they do business like this, everyone seems angry and totally indifferent to the customer, not at all what you expect at a Porsche store. I just don't understand how they can scream at clients on arrival and change the deal in writing and management supports this. This seems to be their modus operandi. At any other dealership if a salesman yelled at and threatens a client (much less a female doctor) to the point where she was sobbing and they would not continue to be employed. I hope they make some changes or they will not continue to hold their "sales titles". More
