I recently purchased a car and had a generally positive experience. Luis the salesperson was very friendly, approachable and not pushy at all. Which made the process comfortable. There was, however, some miscommunication regarding the amount I agreed to put down, which created a bit of confusion toward the end of the process. Additionally, when trying to resolve the issue, the loan processor wasn’t very flexible and simply stated that the bank was closed since it was a Friday evening. That part felt a bit frustrating and could have been handled with more understanding or effort to find a solution. Overall, I would still consider going back because of the positive interaction with Luis and the overall experience. That said, next time I’ll be more careful and make sure everything is clearly agreed upon in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. More
