I bought a car from them and within 14 days of having the car it broke down luckily I bought the top warranty. I give kudos to the sales advisor who sold me this warranty. Overall experience with this dealership is trash due to how they treat you once you become a car owner of theirs They have not treated me like family. They’ve left me in the dark and I’m unpleased with my experience but the owner Bryan he’s very cool. He made sure I got a car but the people in the store need to learn customer service because they do not have any and I’ve had to call the store compared to the the store calling me with this emergency so no, I have not had a good experience. More

Was disappointed that car only came with one key. Bryan did help in making this right. Also when I got home noticed the car was leaking oil. When they changed oil before I purchased they did not tigh Bryan did help in making this right. Also when I got home noticed the car was leaking oil. When they changed oil before I purchased they did not tighten the oil cap. So I had to spend yet another day running around dealing with this. More

Bought a Kia form Jerry Hunt Supercenter of Salisbury’s before the 30 day deadline the check engine light came on and stayed on. We took the car back to the Supercenter, they turned the light off but withi before the 30 day deadline the check engine light came on and stayed on. We took the car back to the Supercenter, they turned the light off but within the week the light came back on. We then took the car back to Jerry Hunt Supercenter where they then fixed the problem without hesitation and no charge to us. Because of this I would recommend Jerry Hunt Supercenter of Salisbury to anyone interested in purchasing a used vehicle. More
