Not a great experience they where supposed pay off my loan took them 15 days I had 2 pay my last month payment plus keep the insurance on my old vehicle that I wasn't even driving anymore they put differ loan took them 15 days I had 2 pay my last month payment plus keep the insurance on my old vehicle that I wasn't even driving anymore they put different tires on the front didn't match the back ones .....I have scratches in the car not fixed the key fob they gave me not original not gmc key fob they couldn't adjust my driver seat never received a manual 4 the vehicle and picked me around about my appointment no rental car I been there 3 times I had the car 3 weeks u do the Math u want 2 buy a car there good luck nothing short of a run around 4 buying a 2023 vehicle that I thought was a good buy until I realy did the math gave me a pay off 4 my old car but was put into the price of my new car gave them my trailer 2024 they gave me nothing 4 my just disgusting disappointed but about the deal plus my interested rate is off the chain brought the car in May and my first payment in June I was better of leasing a vehicle don't be fooled bye this company like I was and they sales person knew nothing about the vehicle couldn't adjust my seat knew nothing about the built-in speedometer on the vehicle told me it was a v6 not true ask 4 the manual never received my rating wood be minus but they only have plus rating...next time u buy a car don't be under sold like me happy shopping go where u get the best deal 4 something u want not something they want to sale you Douglas Hirthe More

Hands down, the best dealership experience I’ve ever had! The vehicle was exactly as advertised, and Chris Durand, along with the entire sales team, went above and beyond to make the deal happen. They respected my time and never pressured or strung me along. The day after the sale, Chris personally followed up to check in. A minor issue came up, and it was resolved immediately and professionally. From now on, I always check Beaver Chevrolet’s lot when looking for a new vehicle. More

I was very pleased with the sales process and left satisfied and happy with my purchase. Follow up after the sale was not as positive. I was not told until after the sale that there were no floor mats satisfied and happy with my purchase. Follow up after the sale was not as positive. I was not told until after the sale that there were no floor mats and only one key fob for the used truck I purchased. The salesman said he would help me get a second fob and that I would get enough points in my MyChevrolet account to purchase mats. Both did not happen and I have not gotten much response on my inquiries. Disappointed. More
