I thought I was treated pretty fair with the whole ordeal. I thought I got a good price on my trade and a fair price on the purchase. The car wasn't clean very well on the inside among pick up. Also, I understand you are a Volvo dealership,but their was no knowledge about how anything worked on the car. Maybe should have somebody from maintenance available to explain other that sales. The cover wasn't available for the back of vehicle to hide the storage area. There was no mention of that until I got home. Honesty is the best policy. On a good note, the service was very nice and the quickness of the purchase was very efficient. More
