Since buying my vehicle, I’ve been extremely disappointed with this dealership. When I ordered accessories, I specifically said I wanted to pay for everything up front. On top of that, my car was scratched during detailing about two months ago. The sales associate and manager kept telling me the paint repair would be taken care of “next week,” but that never happened. Now they’ve completely stopped responding to my calls and text messages. For a vehicle that cost nearly six figures, I expected a far better level of honesty, professionalism, and follow-through.
