I was able to do more advanced diagnostics with an OBD2 reader and deeper look, and he was very hands off but helpful. I decided to buy the vehicle and we were able to get the deal done in under two hours, even negotiated a discount to ship it. Janie is AWESOME! My truck broke down and left me stranded at home. I found a car online that I liked and called Janie.
