I am a GM employee who buys/leases a new car every 2-3 years. I was hoping this dealership and buying experience would be different than others but it was not. It was actually worse. I was at the deale years. I was hoping this dealership and buying experience would be different than others but it was not. It was actually worse. I was at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours. Makes absolutely no sense. 100% of what was done could have/should have been done from the comfort of my home. GM and our dealership network needs to figure this out because competition is heading towards a non-dealership process. Buying a car should be/could be as simple as buying a tv on Amazon. The first dealership that figures this out will win the race. More
