If you want the best salesperson ask for Calvin Harvey. We always deal with him because he is awesome. Unfortunately it took fourteen hours over four days to make a deal. Financing was a nightmare. Hyundai Financing acted as though this was the first time they had an applicant like us. Long story made short. We should have been informed of all information and documentation that would be needed to be presented for credit approval on day one. It should not have been piecemeal over four days. Correct? Anyway between Josh Gray from financing and us there was some understandable tension at times. Josh persevered and was able to close the deal. Thanks Josh! Sorry you had to be the “MAN IN THE MIDDLE” We appreciated all your hard work. Next it was off to everyone’s favorite part, signing the paperwork. We worked with Cory Anderson and what a pleasure it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had and to make sure we understood what we were signing. Cory has a great sense of hummer and a personality that’s makes the buyer feel comfortable and secure. Thanks Cory! Well back to Calvin now. HOORAY! After day four we were able to finally take possession of our new 2025 Ioniq 6 SEL, rwd, long range unit and drive off into the sunset! Thanks to the Allen Samuels of Jackson Team. A job well done! The sales process of actually getting the vehicle was great. I live in a different state and asked to have the vehicle delivered. I was told that it would be done, the delivery driver would come pick the great. I live in a different state and asked to have the vehicle delivered. I was told that it would be done, the delivery driver would come pick the vehicle up on his truck the next day and I would have it by lunch time Monday morning, well I find out by checking my Blue Link app that my vehicle is not on a truck being delivered but is actually being driven down by someone. Which is the opposite of what I expected or wanted because I didn’t want to put all those miles on it right away. So I would never do business with them again as they don’t keep to their word! More
