We will never purchase from Lakeside again. Came was nice and we are not sure if he knows about the issues with vehicles on the lot. We purchase a truck and didn't even have it 24 hours and had transmission issues. Returned it and was told by Abby they already knew this particular truck had issues but thought it was fix. It was not. They left us without a vehicle to drive until we asked for something. We ended up having a discussion with Andy, the general manager, who was very arrogant and rude. Andy told us they didn't have to do anything, luckily the truck was still under a GM warranty. Finally had to trade for a different vehicle that cost us more money. Andy told us he would give our money back for the uncoating we had done on the first truck, that didn't happen. Was told the undercoating cost $1000 but it was actually $1180 once we looked over our bill closer. Ismir was the pushiest finance guy we ever dealt with. He kept trying to get us to finance when we paid cash for the first truck. He must have thought we were stupid. We did ask for our check back and the vehicle we traded in returned and they wouldn't even consider that option. Before we purchased the second truck, we did take it to a certified Chevy mechanic to have it checked out. We will never purchase from Lakeside Cheverolet again. Their customer service and care have a lot to be desired. Truthfully giving a 1-star rating in our book is too much. We defiantly will be returning to the Ft Wayne dealerships when we need a different vehicle. We did consider reaching out the owner but was told by several people we were wasting our time. Neither of these trucks were cheap. Buyers just make sure you have all vehicles checked out before something like this happens to you. I know it has happened to others because we have read reviews, sadly after the fact. More

Roman took his time showing me options both virtually and in person. Long story short by the end of the our interaction I was gleefully buying a new car! Ismir stepped in on the paperwork side to close the deal and was a joy to work with. This was the 4th car I’ve purchased and my first time with this dealer.
