I don’t want to be presented with the option of purchasing a new windshield when I’m in for an oil change. The fact that insurance would pay for it doesn’t matter. It’s still work that doesn’t need to be done. I drive a 9 year old vehicle; there are bound to be nicks in my windshield. No spidering means I don’t need to replace it. I know the service codes and attend to all service requirements ASAP. Eventually, I will buy a new Honda. I’d like to buy through your dealership.
